From the Airport: Take the #992 bus to downtown, Get off at the last stop (5th and J St.). Then walk north two blocks to Market St. We are located on the corner of 5th and Market just above the Blue Point Restaurant. Our entrance is on Market St.
From the Bus Station (Greyhound): Walk 4 blocks East on Broadway to 5th Ave. Turn Right on 5th Ave, and walk 4 blocks South to Market St. We are located on the corner above the Blue Point Restaurant. Entrance on Market St.
From the Train Station (Amtrak): Take the Orange Line trolley America Plaza station to Gaslamp Quarter Stop. Walk 4 Blocks North on 5th Ave to Market St. We are located on the corner above the Blue Point Restaurant. Entrance on Market St.
From Tijuana, Mexico: Walk across the Border. Take the Blue Line Trolley North to 12th & Market. Walk West 7 Blocks to 5th Ave. We are located on the corner of 5th and Market just above the Blue Point Restaurant. Our entrance is on Market St.
By Car
From the North (Los Angeles, San Francisco): Take the I-5 Freeway to South to Downtown San Diego. Exit at Front St. Follow Front Street to Market St. Turn Left at Market St. and drive 5 Blocks east to 5th Ave. We are located on the corner above the Blue Point Restaurant. Entrance on Market St.
From Las Vegas: Take the I-15 Freeway South to Route 163 South. Follow 163 until it turns into 10th Ave. Follow 10th Ave. to Market St. Turn Right at Market St. and drive 5 Blocks West to 5ht Ave. We are located on the corner above the Blue Point Restaurant. Entrance on Market St.
From the East (Arizona, The Grand Canyon, New Mexico): Take the I-8 Freeway West to Route 163 South. Follow 163 until it turns into 10th Ave. Follow 10th Ave. to Market St. Turn Right at Market St. and drive 5 Blocks West to 5th Ave. We are located on the corner above the Blue Point Restaurant. Entrance on Market St.
From the South (Tijuana, Mexico): Take the I-5 Freeway North to 6th Ave. Exit. Follow 6th Ave. South to Market St. Turn Right on Market St. We are located on the Corner of 5th & Market above the Blue Point Restaurant. Entrance on Market St.
Parking Suggestions:
Free on street parking is available just outside of Downtown, about a 15 minute walk from the hostel. There are a number of parking lots in the area. Prices start at $5 for 10 hours, but are often higher during baseball games.

From the Airport: The best way to get to us by bus from the airport is:
Walk from your terminal to Harbor Dr at Harbor Island Dr
Take the 923 Ocean Beach Bus (runs weekdays from 5:30 am to 7:00 pm, weekends/holidays 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
Get off on Voltaire St. at Los Lomas/Poinsettia (in front of the Point Loma Library).
Cross the street at Voltaire and Poinsettia.
Walk one block on Poinsettia to Udall Street (keep the library on your right)
Turn right on Udall and walk one block. We are the big red building on the right.
From the Greyhound Station and Train Station (Amtrak):

Turn slightly to the left onto Udall St.

Take the CA-209 South exit going towards Rosecrans St.

Turn right onto Lytton St.

Turn slightly to the left onto Udall St.

From Las Vegas:
Start out going South on I-15
Take Route 163 South exit
Take I-8 West exit
Follow I-8 until it ends
Keep left to merge onto Nimitz
